Kate Hudson Thanked By Matt Bellamy At Grammy Awards 2011

Kate Hudson for receiving award on behalf of Muse Matt Bellamy at the Grammy's last night (February 13) in Los Angeles.

Matt on picking up his award by girlfriend thanks her a lot.

'Best Rock Album' for album 'The Resistance' has been won by Muse band frontman and paid tribute to the actress in his acceptance speech.

"I would like to give a special thanks to my beautiful, pregnant girlfriend over there," Bellamy told the audience.

He added: "This is a genuine surprise. It's a great honour to be here with all the great artists who have performed here tonight and everyone who has won all the awards."

Lady Gaga And Muse To Perform Together At Grammy Awards?

According to reports,at the Grammy Awards later this month Muse will perform together with Lady Gaga.

The Devon band on stage will be join by the singer,although it is not clear what they plan to perform according to the Daily Star.

A spokesperson for the Grammy Awards was unavailable to comment on the story when approached by Gigwise.

At the ceremony in Los Angeles on February 13,Lady Gaga will debut her new single 'Born This Way' confirmed by her.

Meanwhile, Rihanna will perform with Drake, while Cee Lo Green is due to collaborate with Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

Eminem Katy Perry, Cee Lo Green and Arcade Fire have also been confirmed by organisers.

Muse Added To Grammy Lineup

At the forthcoming Grammy Awards ceremony,Muse band have confirmed their participation.

Muse band have been nominated for three Grammy awards - Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group and Best Rock Song for "Resistance" and Best Rock Album for The Resistance.

After its songs "Uprising," "Resistance" and "Undisclosed Desires" reached the number one, six, and forty-nine spot on the year-end Alternative album chart (respectively),they have also been named the Billboard Alternative and Rock artist for 2010.

Arcade Fire, Cee Lo Green, Eminem, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, as well as previously-rumored and newly-confirmed performers Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, B.o.B, Janelle Monae, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Jaden Smith and Usher will be playing along with Muse band.

The Grammy Awards will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 13

Muse Fear Blindness

Muse have unveiled that the high-powered light shows at their concerts is a real concerns.

According to Daily Express reports the band member are distressed that the powerful lasers they use on stage could one day results in blindness.

"We got some big white balloons, threw them into the audience and decided to focus the lasers on them. It was like a slow burn that gradually disintegrated them into nothing. We all thought, 'What the hell will our corneas be like in 20 years?'" drummer Dominic Howard said.

"We could end up like that amazing vocal group the Blind Boys of Alabama – getting around doing it really well but not seeing anything." -

Muse reveal shows will blind surely woke

Rockers Muse are definitely powerful for the lasers spotted from their shows, they will revealed that will surely woke one day blind.

The British trio is known for their wide live productions, which often feature bright beams and light shows. But the musicians have concerns about their vision after a concert stunt made them realize how damaging the lasers can be.

Muse Band Want Perform In Space

Muse's member Matt Bellamy has appeared that Muse band want to perform a concert in space.

They have discourse the possibility in a semi-serious fashion and are thinking to talk to mogul Richard Branson about pulling off the stunt with a Virgin Galactic spacecraft.

Bellamy tells the Sun: “Maybe I’ve seen the Jetsons too many times – but I think it will be possible in the future and I’m sure it’ll happen in my lifetime. We’d love to be part of that. We’ve had some discussions, sometimes very coherent and sometimes very late at night. But it’s for real. I’m thinking of approaching Richard Branson to see if we could do it with him.”

Bellamy currently said, "I’d like to be a farmer when he winds up his career as a musician. I owns land in his native Devon which he hopes to develop into a working operation growing industrial hemp for making paper".

Muse band play a concert in space

Muse have appeared that they are thinking to be our first band to play a concert in space. The band member Matt Bellamy described to "The Sun" that they are want to discuss plan with Richasd Branson.

Bellamy said, "We've had some discussions about playing in space. Sometimes very coherent conversations and sometimes very late at night, but it's for real. I'm thinking of approaching Richard Branson to see if we could do it on his spacecraft he's got happening. Although we do have a lot of equipment, so I guess we'd have to use pods to carry our stuff and we'd scale back the shows a lot... I do think it will be possible in the future and I'm sure it will happen in my lifetime. We'd love to be part of that."
