Muse singer, Matt Bellamy exposed that Hans Zimmer has been a big influence on the band's upcoming record, the 2nd Law.The score of The Dark Knight Rises has been composed by Zimmer.
"I've always been very influenced by and interested in film music, growing up watching Stephen Spielberg films or John Williams' stuff. And I've always been a big fan of Hans Zimmer," Bellamy told Classic Rock magazine.
"He's the greatest film composer of recent times. That song 'The 2nd Law,' you can definitely hear some Hans Zimmer influence," he added.
The 2nd Law, Muse's follow-up to 2009's The Resistance, is finished, but has no release date yet.
