Muse's set perform previously week live at Australlia's Rod Laver Arena may have been smoking.At Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena management refuse Muse receiver a five year ban because Christopher Wolstenholme performer broke the venues no smoking policy enforced under Australian law.

'Muse played two full shows at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne last week. It has been incorrectly reported that they have been banned from the venue due to a band member smoking on stage. We confirm that the band have not been banned from Rod Laver Arena, and did not receive a fine. The crowd were extremely well behaved at both shows and there were no incidents/issues to report. The band are very welcome back to Rod Laver Arena when Muse next tour Australia.'
